Buena Vista University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Criminology & Criminal Justice at the Assistant Professor level to begin August 2007. Responsibilities include teaching core and elective courses within the Criminology & Criminal Justice curriculum. Strong teaching skills are required. The Ph.D. in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or Sociology with an emphasis in criminology is required. Buena Vista University, with an enrollment of 1250 fulltime residential students, is located on the shores of Storm Lake in the ethnically diverse community of Storm Lake, IA.
