More useful names sounds like a good idea. Is the current description used both as the Contacts list name, and also to populate the second column in this table[1]? If so (as it appears), then Max's proposal might be a bit too terse. Maybe there is a middle ground that would put the most pertinent info first, but still make sense to less technical folks.
