I just export their detailed enrollment report in an .XLS file copy and past the info into their exit enrollment spreadsheet, put the exit info in and save it as a.csv file.

The only thing that makes exit enrollment a real pain this year is the pre-k data. If a 3rd grader was a pre-k student and the data isn't in the file for him, you'll have to put it in even though the info wasn't required 4 years ago. Major PIA.

Make sure you have a hard copy of your enrollment before you exit everyone. They just told us we had no pre-k through 2 and 9,10 and 12 grade fall housing data. Somehow they took our fall housing data from our assessment file rather than demographics and I've already exited everyone and rolled STI over to next year. We're hosed.

Quoting "Michael T. Bendorf" <bendo...@a-ccentral.com>:

I recall two years ago someone shared a the quick-n-easy way of exiting all
students in ISBE/IWAS/SIS.
Does that method still work? Which report/file request was ran first to get
all the data in a nice format to copy-n-paste?

I know I can find that old thread, but being two years removed I wanted to
check if there is a more current method.
