I saw him in Halifax last year and in Toronto in the 90's - great show both
times. He sold 50,000+ in Halifax last year - Black Eyed Peas at the same
venue this weekend could only pull 20,000 - 'nuff said.

Subject: [tech-geeks] OT - The Beatles

Off Topic,

I know in the past there has been comparisons of the Beatle Tribute bands,
RAIN and American English. I've seen both and personally preferred American
English although RAIN is a more elaborate setup. Both are very good and
worth going to see. The Ultimate Beatle experience (short of seeing the
Beatles) was seeing Paul McCartney in concert Saturday in Kansas City.
Totally awesome, as he did 35 songs, about 1/2 were Beatle tunes, two
encores. Took my 15 year old son with me and we had a great time. Don't know
how many more opportunities there might be to see him so I thought I better
do it now.
