Don't be scared by this message, it just means we can't ping the
machine, probably because there is a firewall on the client.  We try to
ping udp port 7 on the host to see if we get a response.  If doesn't
affect your ability to do anything with the client.  We just added it to
help users get a better idea of what is going on with their network.
