I guess the numbers at the end were for a lottery to get to attend to a better school. It's hard to watch actually. Maybe I'm naïve, but it seems the State of IL has problems, but generally not when it comes to actual educating. The 40,000 didn't graduate number from that trailer is either something grossly exaggerated or it was one mismanaged place. Maybe I should just be thankful to live where I do.
