If you need real flash then Jim's got a great lead (as always) If you are looking for animations and "flash-like" actions then you may want to look at jQuery (http://jquery.com/) This was recommended at the Moodle Moot as a substitute that will create animations using standard Java code, solving the Apple Flash boycott until html5 reaches critical mass.
