I think my Win 7 upload problem had something to do with a hidden 1mb partition at the front of my drive. I'm not sure how it got there. I chose single partition on the partition type for the image because I didn't know about the hitchhiker. I merged the 1mb with the primary and set up the computer. I wonder if it would have worked if I had chosen multiple partitions, single disk.
I uploaded, wiped the disk and successfully downloaded. I think all is good. *sigh* Thanks for all of your help and suggestions. I appreciate it.
