This is sort of odd. I have a user whose ADUC icon has grey hair when it appears in a group. Prevailing wisdom is apparently that this group is very large and has more than 500 members, which is not the case - there are maybe two dozen members. Never been 500 members, never will be 500 members. The account seems to be working with no problems, but it does sort of stick out.
