The HTC Windows phones are definitely clunky.

I've heard their Android phones are terrific. I'm holding out for the Desire on
USCC this month. The Desire has a lot more features, including a better camera.
The USCC rep in Metamora was trained on both, and she says the Acclaim is
simple and user-friendly, and the Desire is the power user's phone. The Desire
has also been getting great reviews.

USCC is also supposed to get the Samsung Galaxy in October, but I've read a few
iffy reviews on that one. It gets good marks for the processor and video frame
rate, but the d-pad control and some of the other physical features are what
gets it dinged a lot. There's also rumors of an LG Android phone later this
year, but I don't know anything about that one.

Can't wait to dump my CrapBerry Curve 8330. It's great for email, but its web
browser is horrible, it's been slow ever since I upgraded it (as in I click on
an email or text and it sometimes takes a few moments to display it), and its
GPS is a joke.
