Not sure if it has been mentioned yet or not, but make sure she is using
the same print driver as the people who can print it. Sometimes weird
things like this happens when you use, for instance, a PCL driver but it
works when you try a PS driver. We had an issue with Word 2007 not
printing bold type for certain fonts and it ended up being the printer
driver. I switched the driver and then it worked.

That option was selected. She can forward the document to others and
they can print ok. I think it is some setting not correct.

1. Tools menu

2. Options

3. Print tab

Include with Document - Drawing objects.

I have a counselor that is trying to print a watermark and colored lines
on a Word 2007 document. The items show fine in the design/create view,
but when we go to print preview, these items disappear. I've checked
the print options and all seems to be checked (including background
images...). Any clues why these won't print?
