How does everyone handle the possibility or needing to archive chats as well as 
emails?  While I don't think it is required directly, considering you can do 
many similar communications between email and chat (file transfer, messaging 
etc) it is probably a matter of time before it is required or requested by a 
court due to legal request.

We removed chat here because of the murky area it presented and didn't want to 
deal with.
