But are limited to your available outgoing lines?
With GC (and I assume everyone else) I place 75 calls simultaneously and
complete my number bank in a round robin fashion. I keep it down to 75 as
that is about how many my local telco can handle at one time...
I also do not have to absorb the long distance to call all of these hundreds
of cell phones.

All-in-all I calculated that I spend about $1/number called/year.
