one of the MOST important tools that I use.  Makes quick work of apps that
don't like to be run under restricted accounts.

"Procmon" will show you live file uses.  I've used that to detect what file
is trying to be accessed on a security denied message when logged on a
standard user.or license not found on a software move ;-)

I need to find out what files are being accessed/modififed by a program.
Are there any programs that will show me live what is happening to
filesystem/processes? 

only other way I know to check this is using a snapshot tool to compare
before/after.
