What might happen if someone was not sure if they had filed a Form 486 Receipt of Service Confirmation Form and so did another one? I know that multiple 470s is not a problem, you just have to be sure which on you cite on the 471. Now that I finally have my PRI up and running, I want to do a 486 for that service, but I am not sure if I already filed for out Internet Access (different FRN but same SPIN.)
