Thanks. I'll keep that in mind. I noticed it was picky with a few other things too. I also think I have my username and password issue solved. We'll see how it goes once students and teachers start using it in a few days/weeks. Make sure the username is "Administrator" with a capital A. It doesn't work for us if we use lower case. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Ochs, James Sent: Saturday, August 14, 2010 7:58 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [tech-geeks] Scholastic Achievement Manager (SAM) administratoraccount setup I'm spending part of my weekend setting up our READ 180 software and accounts. Everything is going well--so far, but I can't access the district administrator profile. The documentation I can find is for v. 1.8.1. My Enterprise Edition is v. 1.10.0. The temporary username and password it suggests doesn't let me in. I will contact tech support on Monday but was wondering if anyone had something that had worked for them. Thanks!
