Thanks.  I'll keep that in mind.  I noticed it was picky with a few other 
things too. I also think I have my username and password issue solved. We'll 
see how it goes once students and teachers start using it in a few days/weeks.

Make sure the username is "Administrator" with a capital A.  It doesn't work
for us if we use lower case.

I'm spending part of my weekend setting up our READ 180 software and
accounts.  Everything is going well--so far, but I can't access the district
administrator profile.  The documentation I can find is for v. 1.8.1.  My
Enterprise Edition is v. 1.10.0.  The temporary username and password it
suggests doesn't let me in. I will contact tech support on Monday but was
wondering if anyone had something that had worked for them.
