The wall we hit with our teachers is that we allow youtube for teachers and 
when you talk about other sources, nobody has more content than youtube.  Is it 
all educational? No. Is it all legal to be there? No.  However, when they want 
a video to support something they're currently discussing it's hard to argue 
with the volume of content that youtube offers.
