They are close. They met last night for 3 hours and they resolved the
health insurance issue. The board wants a 2 year contract at 2.1% for
year 1 and a little over 3% for year 2 and the union wants one year at
3%. My guess is that it will be resolved sometime today or tomorrow.
They won't let that first football game be canceled.
