Mornin' everyone,

I have a CentOS 5.5 installation that I have attached to a iSCSI SAN. The
connection went OK. Came up with sdb and I partitioned it so have /dev/sdb1
which is fine.

The issue that I am having is when you try to shutdown or restart the system it
is trying to sync the cache for sdc - which is really non existent. Not in the
fstab but does show in the /dev folder. Takes forever because it waits for a
timeout before it gets to the actual san connection which does not take long.

Is there anyway to turn off the cache sync for the sdc, or any other /dev that
it may come up with?

Thanks.
