I've been using Epson 83+ - 84+ I get them or under $600 from Schiller's
Camera and Video in St. Louis. They seem to be a durable machine.

I just bought the powerlite 410W model and did a wall mount them. They were
right at $1000 with the mount. Too early to tell on the durability of that
model yet but teachers seem to like them so far.

Vendor installation is very expensive so we are doing them ourselves now.
