I have a buddy who needs a copy of Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.2.2.14 (I suspect any 4.2 version will work). He has Outlook 2000, no interest in upgrading, and apparently the newer versions of BDM will not work. Can't find a download anywhere, Blackberry's download list only goes back to 4.6.
