Here was Arcmail's response: Unfortunately, we do not have a l...@edu account to test with. However, it may help you to know that we simply accept mail via SMTP and archive it. Therefore, if you can find a setting in your l...@edu account that can archive, send, or BCC a copy of every message to an external address (Defender's address) via SMTP then we will be able to archive it just as long as you can route the SMTP traffic to Defender.
