Looks like Skyward is having some web issues - access has been hit and miss for me. I couldn't get to the customers only section at all earlier.
The patch level of Skyward shouldn't have a bearing on Skydoc. The SIS issue is because ISBE was late getting out the final changes and Skyward doesn't start programming the changes until the state has finalized them, thus Skyward has not finished programming the changes to SIS (and why we can't upload yet). I would strongly encourage all Skyward users to attend the annual user group conference in Peoria Oct 25-26. This is a good opportunity to learn more about Skyward, network with other Skyward users and meet Skyward staff. Many members of Skyward's upper management, including Cliff King - president of Skyward, will be at the conference and are generally accessible to those wishing to converse. -TS Thomas C.
