I have quite a few
Work:
iAnnotate PDF is a great PDF viewer with the ability to annotate an highlight
PDFs
Outliner is the best pure outlining program I've seen for iPad or Mac and can
have files you
create emailed as OPML to import into other programs like mind
mapping programs
IThoughts HD is a really nice mind mapper with the ability to export and import
files to Freemind and Mindmap and about 15 other formats
Mindnode is another good mind mapper with good integration with the Mac
Goodreader is a really useful app to open documents and move them into other
apps and facilitate printing
DocsToGo is a great app for opening and editing a wide range of professional
documents
GeeTasks is really an iPhone app but it does a very nice job integrating with
Google Tasks and giving me access to them to use and edit. (I Also use Tasks to
keep lists I want available)
Bookmarks gives me access to my delicious bookmarks and can be linked to Safari
to save to delicious.
Photopad is a nice app for editing images.
Tweetdeck for Twitter and Newsrack for RSS feeds
VNC to remote control my Mac
INet and IP Scanner for scanning my network
skype
Educational
Apples pricing structure in iTunes is great an app is tied to the iTunes acct.
So, if you sync a classroom set of iPads or 20 teacher iPads to the same
account you are only required to buy 1 book or app license for the set. So you
can purchase one copy of an iBook and e whole class has it
eClicker and eClicker host, personal response system. Host for iPad, clients
can be any wifi device with app or HTML.
Video Science, science labs
Molecules, really cool 3D visualization of molecules
Sparkview, software to connect to Pasco probes (requires Pasco Bluetooth
interface)
GoSky watch, really net astronomy app
For more, specially iTune U see: http://ipadhs.wiki.zoho.com/HomePage.html
Fun:
Netflix
Craigsphone, craigslist app
Solitaire Deluxe
Sudoku Book
GedView, genealogy program
Stumble upon
