While not exactly a "gripe and whine" session, there is actually an open Q&A session in the works that is not listed yet. The working title (it may change) is "Q & A on the operations of Skyward and IL Steering Committee" and will likely be in one of the rooms/slots currently designated as a vendor session. Plans call for Cliff King, president, as well as other Skyward officials and IL Steering Committee members to be present to answer questions about the internal workings involved with RFE's, programming requests/changes, etc. The intent would be to answer general questions and defer specific module questions to workshop sessions. The session would not be intended to address any specific RFE's or service calls.
