Flash has some registry keys it enters in a higher security area.  I have run 
into this many many times in Terminal server situations.  I have just changed 
access to that one registry key before.  Let me know if you need to know what 
it is.

I can install firefox logged in as a student, but not flash?  Flash seems to 
require administrative rights.  Anyone know why?

All this hoop jumping for ACT prep is wearing me out.
