Weniae gnucash on the jr/sr high. Could scale to the district but we have a specific package for that. MS used to have MS money which we used before. They don't support any longer and you can't use without the update (unless you already updated before July of 2010). Anyway, we use Gnucash and microsoft has a free version out under sunset I think was the name.
