Hi, Joel - I played around with this idea a while ago after someone asked me to develop something similar. I tried JoomLeague, and Freedom League, but JoomSport is supposed to be good also.
If you know anyone who would pay for this service, please let me know - I recently departed Medinah SD11, and am currently in the market, so I have some additional time on my hands!
