This subject has been brought up before but I wanted to revisit the topic to
see what most districts are doing.

What is your opinion of using a digital board book?
What methods have you looked at/use? (Do you email them, provide them with
laptops or iPads, etc?)
What applications are you using to display the book?

To me, a tablet device seems to be the way to go because users know how to use
their fingers. With that being said, I'm ruling out the netbook because I don't
want to deal with the headaches that might possibly be associated with giving
them a full blown computer. Therefore, I'm looking at a Android based or iPad
device that will do the simplest task... Display board minutes.... If I'm going
with a tablet, what app would be best used to not only display the report but
also allow them to jot notes on it? I'm hesitant to give them an app that would
require them to type... Many of them would be much faster simply writing it
down with their finger.
