Do you have auditing turned on? We have had similar problems, and the only place we find an error message is in the audit log. That has helped us figure some stuff out.

Installed printer on workstation via /ipp page. Installed OK. Problem is when I send a job to the printer it never reaches the printer. NDPS Manager never shows a job having ever been submitted. I get no error message on workstation, just nothing prints. Workstation is XPsp3. iManager is 2.7.3. Netware is 6.5sp8c (includes latest iPrint patches for Vista/7). iPrint client on workstation is 5.44. I can ping the printer and connect to printer via IP and access printer management page.
