I have a Dell computer with the Horizon library program on it and a scanner
that attaches to the machine via a PS2 splitter with a female end on one end
of the Y and a male end on the other end. The new computer has no PS2 port
for the male PS2 to plug into. I ordered a male USB to female PS2 adapter,
which should solve the problem, it did not work and when implemented neither
the scanner nor keyboard would work. I had one previously that did work and
I vaguely recall that when I got the adapter that worked, it was at the
direction of someone for RLPS ( no luck checking with them) that only one
kind of adapter worked.

Cut to.does anyone know where to get a male USB to female PS2 adapter that
will work with a Metro scanner and a standard keyboard?
