I also found the U5 error code not being handled correctly today.  I have 
submitted a help ticket to Skyward as well.

To all the Skyward student folks...

It looks like the Skyward SIS dumps are not detecting error codes U6 or B6 
(maybe others, but these are two I found).  This results in Skyward thinking 
the student was successfully enrolled when the student was not successfully 
enrolled in SIS.  I received a note today that programming was working on a fix 
but there was no estimate when it would be done.  I would suggest always 
running the student detail when importing SIS information back in to Skyward 
and looking for any error codes in the detail that do not show up on the errors 
page - these students will definitely need additional follow-up.
