I use the free version.  The only issue I've run into is sometimes changes
to the filter aren't as quick as they say, but otherwise it's been pretty
effective.  I'll quote MD on this one, "the government doesn't tell us how
well we have to filter, only that we have to filter".  If that's not a
direct quote, it's pretty close, so that's kind of how I'm approaching it
now.  I got tired of fighting with DG.
