I noticed every year or so most of us have to review and update our IT best
practices / policies (e.g. fare use, social networking, etc)

Just wondering if anyone has something they could share with me. In this
case its not going so much to a school but an organization that ensures that
all people with special needs have the opportunity to live a meaningful and
satisfying lifestyle.

I have been asked to help them draw up a policy paper that deals with a few
things.

Documentation of any Network / IT changes (e.g. When a junior tech makes
changes to the routing that makes my life miserable I can find it out in
10mins, not 2 hours)

Copy and Printing (Something that stops staff from printing 100 copies of
family vacation photos on the Xerox units)

Acceptable use of Network/Internet (quit downloading movies on the
organizations network)

Something that address's staff from using company notebooks for downloading
photos, installing games, etc.

Anyone willing to share something they have already drawn up with me?

Thanks.
