My HS secretary tells me that often, but not always, when she prints a document her entire computer reboots.
The document still prints, but she looses everything that had not been saved and has to wait for her machine to come back up. I have not seen it happen, but she claims it happened three or four times a day for the past several days. She mentioned it to me in the hallway of course and so I have instructed her to let me know when it happens next - I have gathered that there are error messages displayed when she gets back up but I have not seen them yet. I also do not know if it just one certain printer or truly random as she thinks... Ideas to bring next time she reboots? --Michael T.
