Bit more info. Using a Rogue DHCP Checker program (Neat little app at: http://www.snapfiles.com/downloads/roguedhcp/dlroguedhcp.html) I see that my DHCP is indeed running, and that it is handing out IP addresses with numbers in the range I have specified. (Even a new range if I change the settings in IPCop). And the DHCP is coming from the right IP address (The IP of the DHCP server / IPCOP box that has been running for years), and there is only one DHCP server on the network. It is just that computers and IPods are not somehow sucking up the IP Information and choosing to give a 0.0.0.0 address or a 169.X.X.X address to the box - so it looks like they are not assigning the IP provided by the DHCP server.

I am pretty sure there is no DHCP on these things. I even tried to get an address when the IPCop box was off (during a reset to check the box) and got no such address. Any ideas?
