Illinois has an agreement for Google SketchUp Pro. I heard about it through my 
ROE. I'll be signing up, just haven't had a chance to fill out the 
spreadsheets/application yet.

Near as I can tell, SketchUp Pro offers dimensions and other CAD-like features 
that the standard version of SketchUp does not.
