Or, if you're like me and work for a 90% district, you can file for Priority
2 (Internal Connections) and get funded every time, you would still have to
do a tech plan.

We were one of the schools that received a E2T2 ARRA grant.  That required
us to have a current tech plan and was also something I would have never
foreseen us getting.  I guess one reason that having a tech plan would be a
good thing.
