You can't do it from GPO.  You can push the SSID, but not the key/password.
We used a free tool from Aruba to push the settings via our login scripts.
The tool is at
https://labs.arubanetworks.com/releases/wzcauto-2008-12-R1_0.zip

It worked pretty well for us.
