I got this off the web. for Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, which I assume your using for the
Fog Server OS.

sudo /etc/init.d/xinetd restart this is suppose to restart the TFTP
server.

Try this in a terminal window.

Subject: Re: [tech-geeks] FOG upload AND NOW DOWNLOAD loop

My current problem is that I got a client to reach the pxe menu and want to
deploy an image to it. It accepts the request but only makes it to the
following lines "Trying to load pxelinux.cfg/ GUID information" and then
"Trying to load pxelinux.cfg/ MAC address information." It then reboots.
Any thoughts? Is starting over my next step?
Possibly related, how do I insure that TFTP is started on my FOG box (Ubuntu
9.10 desktop)? [Disclaimer: I am a complete novice with Linux; willing to
learn, but go easy on me.] :-)
Thanks for any ideas,
Jim

One thing I look at on each of the systems I image is the SATA Operation Mode
in BIOS. The SATA Operation Mode should be set to ATA, and not AHCI. When set
to AHCI it kept rebooting itself in a loop.

Just a thought.

Correct--TFTP server. Thanks for the error codes; I'll have to do some further
investigating.

I'm assuming you meant TFTP server not TFCP.

Check out your error codes here:

Are you sure you have only a single partition? I've seen similar when trying
to upload a multi-partition as a single.

Do I need to show a little more patience--this has been in this cycle for about
5-10 minutes, or do I need to do something else? How quickly should it pick up
an "upload an image" command? (It is a Windows XP with SP3. I'm trying to do a
"Single Partition--NTFS only, Resizable" image.)
