I looked at one of the first questions, "What made you apply for this position?" and immediately thought of my daughter. She just decided to get a job (she's 33 and there's a lot more to the story but we'll leave it right here). She told me she needed me to lend her some money to put minutes on her phone so she could wait for Taco Bell to call her because she applied for a manager position. That's what struck me funny about that first question. I asked her "What made you think you're qualified to manage when you haven't ever had a job?
