FYI, a few days ago I posted a question regarding the ISEL website and the ipad issues of the certain parts of the page not loading or scrolling. I have worked through it and figured out that it is not a FLASH issue as I and others had initially thought. Turns out there are a few undocumented operating proceedures on the iPad. It simply needed "TWO" fingers to solve the problem.
>From the web, I found this and it worked. Seems so simple now. Wish I had known about it a few days ago! It seems like this is a special iPad Safari bug/feature which is not present on all platforms. Just found this article http://www.bobsgear.com/display/ts/iPad +safari+annoyances (currently available via Google Cache only). Here is a cite: - no vertical scroll bar within text edit boxes on safari - it is notobvious you must use two finger scroll to scroll within the box - no vertical scroll bar on framed pages - again you must know the undocumented two finger scroll to scroll them The two-finger scrolling is also stated here: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=11612916 I will try with an iPad the next time I can get access to one. Any other iPad users around? So there seems to be a workaround. However, I wonder if there is another way without leaving the user to recognize that such a workaround has to be used.
