Sorry if this is repeated info, but I just now read the email from my LTC director mentioning:
"In other news, the ISBE has abandoned plans to merge the DIP/TIP and have gone back to the original technology plan template with a few modifications on the IIRC platform. The template is slated to be opened on October 15." I believe I had seen that Oct. 15 date already, but this is the clearest I have heard that DIP/TIP will remain separate documents. --Michael T.
