Thats our current mode of internal transportation. Our situation is Consolidated owns those lines and we purchase other telephone lines through them. Technically AT& T is billed for our ICN Internet connection, but in the end Consolidated makes out on that as well since they own all transmission lines. We are looking to upgrade to our own fiber though.
