We're using an online solution called Mastery Manager (http://www.masterymanager.com/). I believe there is an export like you describe, and it also lets you graph and report online. If it looks like something that will fit your needs let me know, I can put you in touch with someone that administers that system ;)

We're looking at Lexmark Education Stations: http://tinyurl.com/2foobhk What else is out there. We need something that will print/create bubble sheets, and then allow use to scan the tests in for grading/data gathering. All we really care about is that we're able to use a unique student id, and get all the results back in a CSV that can then be manipulated via Excel, SPSS, or data warehouse. Keep in mind it needs to be a paper test.
