Anybody want to share what they use for asset tracking for barcodes? i.e. scanners and software? Can you use a hand scanner to import information directly into Excel or Access? If setting up your own asset tracking database, what fields do you recommend besides barcode #, item name, location. Do you include supplier and original purchase price?
