I have used this site before. He does have what he calls a "hack" solution. Delete the appsettings3.xml file to reset Visual Communicator. It does work. FYI in Windows xp I found the file in c:\Documents & Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\Adobe Visual Communicator 3 I still wonder if anyone has found any other solution? Or what caused the error?
