I received the following response from USAC regarding filing a Form 470 for Priority 1 services only without having an approved tech plan. The on-line application still requires you to certify that you have an approved tech plan.
---- Thank you for your inquiry. The online 470 has not been updated to reflect the changes to technology plan requirements for internet access. Unfortunately at this time you must either submit the 470 on paper using the current version found on the website or wait for the online 470 to be updated, which will be announced on the latest news section that you were directed to before.
