Make the photostory into a WMV.  Insert the WMV into the PPT file on the slide 
desired.  When you add the video, it should prompt you if you want the video to 
play automatically or after a click.  If you need it to move the another slide 
after the video is over, I usually see how long the video is, add about 5 
seconds for delay, and set the slide transition to automatically go to the next 
slide after the total time needed.
