Although I know this has been brought up before, anyone have a suggestion for a potential data recovery company to recover documents on a HD that is dead? And, along those lines, anyone have suggestions on back-up software you use to automatically back-up an individual's HD on a regular basis for those who can't seem to do so on their own?
